The best way to reach us is through this site. If you are reporting a correction, that page link plus a source is all we need to get started.
When you write in, it helps to include:
- The page you are writing about (a link is ideal).
- The specific point or question.
- A source, if you are suggesting a correction.
What we can and cannot help with
- We can point you to the right page, take corrections, and note topics we should cover.
- We cannot give medical advice or diagnose a bite or illness. For symptoms after a bite, contact a healthcare professional. For a sick animal, contact a veterinarian. For a local mosquito problem or spraying question, contact your local mosquito or vector control program.
